Folks! When you dont take the time to connect or invest in the friendships you want, you cant stand there offended, dumbfounded and wondering IF you seem flaky, because certain people arent around when you finally stop spinning in circles. If you have constantly flaked out, been enveloped in your own world, are passively unsupportive of others efforts when they were there for you and dont stay in communication, whelp accept that time and people simply go on. Im so tired of hearing how people are soooo busy. Ive been busy all my life with a daughter, full time career managing peoples assets, managing teams, bills, ills, etc. However when I say Im gonna be there, I am. When I volunteer to help, Im there ready to go. When someone is in need of a friend, a shoulder, etc. I dont make jokes that I would if I could..., when I really can. I look for ways to give back as often as I can and Im not always getting something out of it for myself. So when you do surface and find yourself archived, dont make a fool out of yourself or start issues trying to catch up, just find a genuine way to ease back into things. We just need to get over ourselves sometimes sheesh! Done ranting. As you were.
