Requesting help. I bought Skyrim on disc for PC, and when I try to install it from the disc, it just downloads from steam. I dont have good enough net to wait for an 11gb download, and I searched up some troubleshooting and I was told that pausing the download, deleting local content and trying the install would run the install from the disc. Now, I got that to work, and it installs all 5.4gb of game files on the disc, and then makes Steam download all 11gb again. Need help as to why this happens and why I cant just get this to work.
