Folks voted for a strong mayor that was something more than a figurehead and picture taking do-boy for the city. Let the man do his job. You can always vote him out when election time comes if that is the case. I know that there are those who have a vested monetary interest in keeping things as is at the airport because it is their livelihood. Ive had to take a big monetary hit myself this year losing 25% of my income due to the AF medical bureaucracy and put my civilian employment and life on hold while folks make a decision about my future. It is a hard road I know.
