Its been roughly 8 months since I injured my right shoulder in a match. Since then, Ive been lifting like a puss and just going through the motions in the gym. Recently Ive been able to push alot more as Im gathering more and more strength in my shoulder by the day. After todays workout, I can honestly say that Im very close to being 100% healed... finally. Im heavily contemplating starting the #TeamHercules Workout in a few days. I really dig the format. Has anyone started this? If so, what are your thoughts on it?
