Follow the call wherever it leads... Sometimes were called in a big way to do big things, and then there are the seemingly smaller calls, our inner voice urging us to try this or try that. At first I resisted, then finally followed a call I kept hearing to create a series of creative writing e-courses. It didnt feel like a big enough deal -- so much work with so little return. Or so I thought. Still it was a brutally time-consuming undertaking. Nearly 50 hours to put together one lesson! I couldnt believe the amount of work. But heres why I was receiving such a call -- creating the e-lessons forced me back on my core beliefs. I believe in working daily to align to your souls passion, to your core creative self. I believe in so doing, the visual art and writing flourishes without much effort. In one movement of the arm, you can create sublime beauty with one word or one paint stroke. Pure spirit on canvas. The e-courses brought be back into alignment with this belief, and rejuvenated my soul. I also learned how much I loved film-making, putting video with music with words. My God, I love it. In creating the simple messages of the e-courses, I reconnected with my love for the poetry of the earth, and the poetry of my soul. After launching the courses, so much healing has happened for me, and for those taking the course -- profound creative powerful healing. And that was why I was called to do these video lessons that at first just seemed like a pain in the behind! And that is why we should all follow the calls we hear to try something -- even if it seems small. A whole new level of enlightenment, alignment and joy awaits....
