Follow the momentum. If you have none create that shit out of thin air. Dont waste even one second with someone who is going to make excuses as to why they are not where they want to be. Leave their ass behind because you know where your going and excuses are for the weak. I see to many leaders in this business that are so damn skilled but they dont grow, and they wonder why.....? Its their association. Your a lion trying to motivate a herd of sheep, leave the pack and find your pride Simba cause I promise you the minute you try an take responsibility for someone elses business is the same minute you rob them of any chance they had at building their own. Your job isnt to motivate, last time i checked you werent ET, Bob Proctor, nah your job is to sort through the winners that will just make it happen. The ones who just get it and will say, Yeah...I can take it from here chief thanks for helping break it down. This isnt easy, its for winners. You know if your a winner or if your a loser. Losers can become winners. But not if they dont set up their own events, not if they need to talk to a mentor every time someone tells them no for encouragement, not if they over analyze every social interaction with an individual. Your softer than the pillsbury dope boy. Go make some mistakes, get laughed at, be called a stupid, a salesman, one of those guys/girls. It will build you up in the end, I promise. But if your a lion dont try and motivate sheep.....let them stay sheep. #royal
