Following the dismissal of 16 Generations cast members, Eyewitness News compiled a list of public figures the shows creator Mfundi Vundla could ask to take on the roles... : Jason - Sipho Ndlovu AKA Brickz They both have dreadlocks. Jason has been accused of being on the wrong side of the law and so has Brickz. Choppa - Sports and Recreation Minister Fikile Mbalula AKA Razzmatazz Choppa is loud, fun and doesn’t have a filter. Mbalula ticks all the boxes. Can you imagine him with a panama hat hustling like it’s no one’s business? Senzo - Theo Kgosinkwe We all know that Senzo likes partying and just having a good time. Theo is a good dancer and can get any party started. He is known for his dance moves and would spice up the character. Dineo - Human Settlements Minister Lindiwe Sisulu, Dineo is a career woman who doesn’t suffer fools lightly. Sisulu speaks her mind, looks fabulous and is quick to remind people where they come from! She’d be perfect for the role. Queen - Khanyi Mbau Both women are all about the good life and bling. They are fun and flamboyant. Khanyi would not struggle channelling Queen. Mawande – Noeleen Maholwana-Sangqu. After all the years of talking for a living, Noeleen would probably be adequately equipped to get through to her troubled kids. Mam Ruby- Basic Education Minister Angie Motshekga. Touting similar hairstyles, Angie would be well suited for the role. It also turns out that Slindile Nodangala, the actress who plays Ruby, also has a passion for education, meaning Angie wouldn’t need to do much method acting to give life to Ruby’s role. Kenneth Mashaba – Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Bheki Cele. With Cele’s cowboy swagger and Kenneth’s wanton need to take anything he lays his eyes on, Cele might find himself suiting the role easier than he thinks. Kethiwe – Nonhle Thema. Both Nonhle and Kethiwe received fame through their dazzling looks. But on a darker note, it appears both have flirted with the idea of committing homicide on their significant others. Sibusiso Dlomo – President Jacob Zuma If there’s a number one on the show, Dlomo would be it. He’s an alpha male and traditionalist. No matter how many times he’s been knocked down, Dlomo gets back up and returns to fly at even greater heights. No one in the South African public spotlight can relate to this more than JZ himself. Do you have any more suggestions of people who will be able to play other Generations characters that you think Vundla can hire? #beyla
