Following the lead of the United States Attorney General who did the same thing with DOMA, the AG of Virginia has decided he doesnt like Virginia law, and so he is no longer going to enforce a law he doesnt agree with. The voting public in Virgina went to the polls and cast their ballots in favor of laws that define marriage as being between one man and one woman. The man responsible for maintaining the rule of law, who swore an oath of office to uphold the states laws and constitution has deemed this a law his office will no longer enforce. So now AGs can just pick and choose.
