Food For Thought!! These are my top tips for going the distance in the weight loss journey: Maintain an optimum attitude and mindset for optimum body function. Visualize yourself as a healthier and thinner you. Minimize sugar and carbohydrates. Minimize processed and refined foods like boxed foods like cereal and cookies. Eat more organic foods rich in nutrients. Eat more raw vegetables. Use extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil and/or vinegar instead of salad dressing. Remove and eliminate toxins from your body.
