Food Rescue Bank Update: Things are all well under way. We now have a plumber... Matt from MJ Plumbing (0405 298 188 ) as well as electrician and documentary maker Gary Caganoff (lysisfilms/) have kindly offered to set up the kitchens. We will be ordering a cool room this week so it is looking like we will be operating in a few weeks. Once we are up and running we will need volunteers who can help for a few hours at a time cooking, freezing and distributing the rescued food. Like Ready Steady Cook you get a pile of rescued ingredients and then have to work out what sort of meals can be prepared... it will be quite good fun.
