Food for Space-A thought: The E-mail sign up. 1. E-mails without a subject and/or body may not get processed. With the current cyber-climate, e-mails fitting the description of potential malicious logic or phishing will be deleted without opening. 2. Complete e-mail sign ups by using the template in the Notes section on this Facebook page (Information Required for Space-A Sign ups). This information is required to register you for Space available travel. When selection relies on you providing us the correct information, getting it right the first time counts. 3. Ensure documents scanned are legible (i.e.; EML, CatV/IV letters, Leave Forms, ect.). Illegible documents are not legitimate documents. We will ask you to resubmit with legible documents so we may register you for space available travel. Again, getting it right the first time counts. 4. Lastly, be patient. Processors are working as hard as they can to satisfy each of our customers. We will process your request in the order it was received. However, your date and time of sign up is the time you sent us the e-mail containing your correct information, not when we get to processing it. See you in your travels, Rob Gaines
