It takes me and most typical people longer than your estimated time frame to pee, flush and wash and dry hands! BESIDES One should wash hands for at least 20 seconds with hot water and soap to ensure they are clean! YOU MUST LET WATER RUN TO GET HOT, so the two times you knocked and shook handle in 45 seconds... I PROLLY WAS ENSURING THAT I DIDNT CROSS CONTAMINATE OTHER PEOPLES SPACES! 150 billion species of bacteria reside in restrooms...I CERTAINLY WOULDNT RUSH AND RISK PICKING UP SOMETHING because YOURE RUDE AND IMPATIENT! NEXT TIME SOMEONE DOES THIS and I am the person in that restroom IM GOING TO BE VINDICTIVE and allow you to pee or poo yourself...lol
