Food poisoning: Deceased’s kin lodges FIR against Sevasram Nayagarh:news on india. The father of food poisoning victim Mini Majhi on Monday lodged an FIR against the Sevasram authorities at Ranpur police station alleging that stale food was given to his daughter which led to contamination. Meanwhile, On the direction of Nayagarh collector, additional collector and additional district medical officer visited the school to conduct the field inquiry. Three officials of the school including head master Krushna Chandra Sahu, assistant superintendent of the hostel Sabita Manjari and cook Mamata Biswal were placed under suspension for dereliction of duty on Sunday. Over 20 other inmates of the government-run school for tribal girls in Nayagarh district fell ill after consuming food. Mini Majhi died on the way to hospital. Three were shifted to Capital hospital after condition deteriorated while others are under medical supervision at Nayagarh district headquarters hospital.
