Foot problems... Oh how common! When the connective tissue gets - TopicsExpress

Foot problems... Oh how common! When the connective tissue gets irritated, we need to nourish to facilitate proper repair, remodeling... Not suppress symptoms (ice, restrictive braces, etc.)! Cellular research shows all tissues remodel given the right environment and cells respond to force! So, if the foot is irritated start by improving blood flow (hydrodynamics), while doing so think movement not isolated muscles or structures! Here you see me performing a pronatory motion while moving through the tissue to sense where the abnormal density lies... In school we often learn how to isolate the muscle or structure yet in real life movement, it all works together, try addressing it TOGETHER with motion being your guide... This is just one of the many ways...think function as movement is life!
