Football season will soon be here. Time for some devil’s poetry. Washington is a favorite team for most conservatives. Dallas? “American’s team.” The Washington Redskins were once a Massachusetts team. They moved to Washington in 1937. Rival team: Dallas Cowboys, founded in 1960. John F. Kennedy, a democrat, was born in Massachusetts. Became president, and moved to Washington. He was assassinated in Dallas, November 22, 1963. The 1963 rivalry between Washington and Dallas ended in a split. September 29th game won at home by Washington. November 3rd game won by Dallas. The rivalry again split in 1964, with each team winning on their opponent’s turf. Washington beat Dallas at Dallas, 28 to 16 on November 22, 1964.
