For 4 months now Ive eaten really healthy. 3 square meals-lots of peanut butter-lots of tuna. Also 200-500 push-ups and sit-ups a day mostly in the mornings. I lost 42 pounds. 42. I was pleasantly plump, developing back issues, and felt terrible most the time. Well yesterday I pigged out. Pizza-hamburger-cheesecake-some of the most delicious macaroon cookies ever-mountain dew-Pepsi-and even some airhead extremes (Bombville btw). Well right now Im laying here with a MAJOR sugar/junk food hangover!!! I feel turrrrible! Absolutely amazingly hurrible! I crashed last night off sugar now this lol. Im saying this because I cant imagine how my poor children must feel ALL the time when I let them fuel their body with trash like the Delorian off Back 2 the Future 2!! No wonder I was depressed!! I ate JUNK all the time!! Sayin.all.that.to.say.this...you are what you eat!! EAT RIGHT!!!! (If you wont like I wouldnt for years-at least give the kiddos a shot to feel great)
