For 7-8 weeks now, Ive been doing this crazy DLB inspired shoulder workout I am still sore from it, as I am EVERY TIME, and I did it Tuesday, made my back and chest training today interesting lol, to say the least ... If soreness indicated growth, then by-golly I should have huge shoulders and traps by now Biofreeze feels so good My version of the workout shown here is Bent over Reverse cable flys 10x SS (superset) W/ rope face pulls (cable) 15x 5 sets (first as warmup) Lying upright row 12x at 90# standing upright row to failure at 45# And Dumbbell front raise 12x (Triple set) 4 rounds Reverse hammer strength single arm 12x at 35# each side SS W/ machine lat raise (reversed position) 10x 4 sets Drop set of Lat Raises 15x at 10# no rest 10x at 25# no rest 15x at 10# Rest ... 4 sets Reverse grip bar front raises 10x SS W/ Bradford Press 8x 3 sets brutal everytime !!!!!
