For 7+ years, my wife Andrea was the RVT/Office manager at the 11th Street Veterinary Hospital under Dr. Bob and Dr. Liz Conces. She performed her duties effectively and humanely, accruing numerous citations and reviews for excellent service. After they chose to retire, the office was purchased by what has to be the most unprofessional person we have ever had the displeasure of working with, Dr. Beth Williams. After running off the majority of the staff and numerous clientele, she succeeded in forcing Andrea to look elsewhere for employment. My wife followed proper procedure in terminating her relationship with the business, gave plenty of advance notice, and out of professionlism, refrained from publicizing the numerous lapses in judgement and ettiquette the new regime frequently indulged in. This weekend, we had scheduled our dogs to board there for one evening while we visited friends in town, having no idea that some sort of grudge was evidently held. Today, after getting off work, Andrea received a voicemail from one of Dr. Williams cronies that our dogs are not welcome and they will not be doing business with us in the future. The untimely nature of this call, (the day before we head down there) is indicative of the questionable way these people do business. I urge everyone to take their business elsewhere, as these people have absolutely no business being in charge of anything, much less your pets health. We are very sorry that such a proud establishment has been reduced to such pettiness, and hope that in the future such malfeasance will lead to another sale, ideally to someone with even a modicum of professionalism.
