For Immediate Release September 27, 2013: 10:00 am Press Release No. 2013-075 Community Health Assessment Meeting(CHA) The Guam Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS) will be meeting with community partners to identify priority health issues as a result of a community health assessment. The meeting will be held on Friday, September 27, 2013 at 9am at the Guam Westin Resort. The purpose of a community health be used by different agency programs, community partners, policy makers, and funding agencies to help create a healthier Guam. Our island faces a variety of health issues such as diabetes, obesity, high-blood pressure and many other diseases.
