All NCSY programs to Israel are still good to go for the summer but please see the following message below from the director of NCSY Summer Programs Dear Parents, As events unfold in Israel, we remain committed to two highly important principles. Firstly, the safety of your children is our highest priority. And secondly, that we are communicating with you in real-time regarding the steps we have taken or are taking, the factors under consideration, and the decisions we have made. As an additional measure of communication, we will be convening a conference call this evening to review the security and safety protocols that we are following, as well as the methodology of our decision-making procedures. If you have any questions of broad relevence that youd like to make sure are addressed on the call, please email them to us this afternoon, and we will do our best to incorporate all of them. (Given the number of parents we anticipate calling in, we will not be fielding questions directly on the conference call.) Our BILT program departs to Israel tonight, and several other programs depart next week. All of those programs have had their itineraries adjusted somewhat in light of the circumstances and the guidance we received from our Israeli-government security partners.
