For Sale: Demon X8 Parilla / TT36. Logbooked Era 4 Vintage kart. As used at the Australian Vintage Kart Prix. This kart is mint, it spent 30 years hanging on a wall unused, chassis is unmarked underneath, front end lasers up perfect, same alignment as new, still on the original brake pads. Raced basically unrestored at the AVKP, but prior to the event all chrome was redone, new seat painted in 2 pack was fitted, and a few new bits & pieces fitted. Has 2 sets of wheels, original X8 Gold anodised alloys, and NOS Tecno front magnesiums with matching hubs, and spun alloy rears. The Parilla TT36 is a really strong motor, it was fully rebuilt and restored by Ray Harrsion Snr just for the AVKP. One of the fastest Era 4 karts in Australia, set numerous fastest times at the event. The chassis was checked after the event and was perfectly straight on the chassis table, just the steering uprights were professionally repaired by Graham Powles. The kart has now been restored, chassis powdercoated etc and is ready to go for the 2015 NZ Vintage kart prix. (note: Slide carby in pics not included in sale.
