[For SouthEast Michigan Riders] A few of us here in the FJR Owners group are also MSTA (Motorcycle Sport Touring Association) members. A member of the MSTA Michigan chapter, I organize an annual event called the Roughrider 1/2-K. You are invited! 2014 RR 1/2-K Ride - Fast Approaching! Michigans 3rd annual RoughRider 1/2-K ride is a month from tomorrow (Sunday, 4/27). A ~500 mile day ride, its designed as a warm-up ride for those doing the RoughRider 1000 (aka Saddlesore 1000) itself two weeks later. It works as a ride for those who dont feel the need to do the full RR 1K. This year, we will start out from Miracle Coffee (M-5 & 14 M in Commerce). Depart at 8:30a, and return about 10 hours later (including stops and lunch). If you are interested in spending the day with like-minded riders, please email me as [email protected]. Use a Subject like MSTA RR 1/2-K. Note: This is not exclusive to members only. If you are curious, or have someone you would like to introduce to MSTA-MI, you are welcome to bring them.
