For Thanksgiving I went to see my dad at the old folks home. I brought a rotisserie turkey breast, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, stuffing, Hawaiian rolls, and pumpkin pie with whip cream. I had a great spread set up for us. Sadly the boy didnt have much of an appetite when I got there. He had a little turkey and that was it. I knew thats the chance I was taking but I really felt the need to spend Thanksgiving with my dad. The two Wilcox bachelors. Just him and I. He was really appreciative that I did that for him. All I said was I did it for you dad because I love you and I appreciate ALL the things you and mom did for me throughout my entire life. So even though the boy didnt eat, it was still a great way to spend my Thanksgiving.
