(ginger is a great anti-inflammatory Green Juice 1/2 Avocado 2 sticks Celery 1/2 Cucumber Handfull of Spinach 1/2 Lemon 1 Golden Delicious Apple Ginger Shot Chaser: 1 chunk of Ginger 1/2 Lemon 1/2 Golden Delicious Apple For Green Juice all ingredients except the avocado which you should put in the blender with some ice. Top the juice up in the blender and add a spoon of Wheat grass. For ginger Shot: Juice all ingredients together and either serve separately in a glass or top your green juice with it. Fantastic.
