For a nation to rise and be viable, leadership must know that education is a component of the acquisition of knowledge and the greater possibility of upward mobility, but it does not assure socio-economic power as much as understanding. Knowledge can fall into the domain of rhetorical repeticiousness. It is, and has ever been, understanding amongst a people that produces creativity and motivations for greatness. When leadership does not know, or has forgotten or ignored, these facts, they lack the wisdom of the ancestors and follow the ways of a unstable path and should be removed. Knowledge and understanding are on the same plate, but one is like vegetables while the other is like steak. Know the difference and eat with purpose as well as pleasure. And, do NOT speak when your mouth is full: it is rude and spitful. Digest 1st, and be HEARD.
