For a seditious conspiracy charge to be effected, a crime need only be planned, it need not be actually attempted...we have both premeditation and actual commission of the crime. These folks take great pride in their handiwork, fancying themselves some kind of modern day patriot. The great flaw in their plan is we actually do have taxation with representation here... its called democracy where the Supreme Court, And the government for the people by the people, of the people have spoken. 14% is not the majority. 80 Republicans planned this government shutdown funded by $232 million of koch brother money... And now even the Kochs cant control the monster they created. Speaker Bohner has been effectively shut down by his own party while the country stands on the edge of financial ruin. Can they hate Obama so much theyd rather tear down the country? Remember the man who started all this and circulated that letter signed by 80 Republicans to shut down the government believes that Obama is from Kenya! They dont believe in science they dont believe in math and they certainly dont believe in fax or polls... But they do believe they have God on their side so I guess that makes it okay, after-all, Michelle Bachmann believes shes here to help usher in the end times. These are the folks who dont want Universal Health Care people! And this is their tactics.
