For about 10 days now Ive been measuring my food (using the bowls from the 21 day fix), eating every few hours, increasing my water and decreasing my Dr. Pepper. Ive also been doing stretching (I cant work out due to my 4 herniated discs). I have managed to lose 6 pounds doing this. Normally, I wouldnt look at the number but every once in a while its good to see whats going on. Thanks to my Husband and good Friend Tots for being supportive and the great advice. Love you guys!
