For all animal lovers.... I have to share this. I dont know what or why I am so emotionally invested into animals. Fact is I am and it has driven me to surround myself with things needed to protect them... At first I was a wreck. I put myself in the path or very disturbing situations and it broke me. I had to find a way to get past the inevitable. That is that Animals die .. This is what I did to get me through it. Animals die, but so do humans. Unlike humans, animals do not have an awareness about death. The awareness is the animal lover who hangs their heart on that animal. So animal death tends to effect the living more. But animals do feel abuse and pain. They also feel love. If we can minimize the pain and abuse, and increase the amount of love the animal feels. Then the precious thing can die whether old age or tragedy, in peace. I had to come up with this rational or I was going to drive myself insane. In which case I was of no use. I cant control animals dying. But I think our goal should be make as many animals smile so when the end does come. They can move on in peace. This is why I get so torn apart when people post disturbing videos of animals getting hurt or killed. Please Please Please. Before you post these kinds of videos, put a warning on them. That way your point can be shared without having to upset others...
