For all insomnia sufferers that have the trouble falling asleep, I seen on Dr. Oz yesterday that for this type u can listen to pink noise, set the app for 20 mins and if u find urself awake after that then set it for like 30 or however long u want but after laying in bed last night trying to sleep for bout 2hrs I had already took my meds for this problem 2hrs ago LOL I downloaded the app, and was so skeptical but ima tell u I fell asleep fast I didnt make it to when it stopped, and I didnt wake up till morning :D they said there is 3 types of insomnia but this kind is the worst and the app if u use it makes it to where u can come off of ur meds, so ima keep trying it then if it still works for me I will talk to my dr bout getting off of my meds,,, for people that have type 2 insomnia which means u wake up in the middle of the night or on the hour u can take a banana with the peel, chop the ends off and boil boil it n a pot of water then drink a glass of the water its banana tea do this before bed, and after the banana is boiled to use it the peel becomes real thin u slice the banana with the peel and pour cinnamon on it and can use it as a healthy late night snack before bed, and no internet at night they said, the 3rd type is the type that no matter what time u go to sleep u always wake at a certain time and dont go bk to sleep, sry I didnt hear any tips for that 1 it was time to go LOL
