For all my latest followers.... My name is Bex and Im a craft baker. I work at Rolleston Bakery and I am one paper away from being fully qualified. Recently I won the Weston Milling Trainee of the Year competition in Auckland. This means I am the top baking apprentice in the hole of NZ :) I also came 2nd in Miss Ink Christchurch which I am competing in the NZ finals in Auckland in November. I just want to let everyone know that this page is not for ordering baked goods, its simply to share recipes, advice, tips, photos and my journey. My favourite thing to bake is bread! I love everything about it and the satisfaction every time it comes out of the oven nice and crusty and cracking! This page is the start of something big, so keep watch
