For all of you ranting about BART, agreed it is a HUGE inconvenience however, the BART Employees have made all out efforts and it is the BART Board of Directors and GM who has impede the progress at every pass possible. So if you are fed up and dont like it, then get proactive and contact your local Board of DIrector. You can log onto BART.gov to see oversees your district and start holding them accountable! By the way it is a voted in position, so start nominating qualified people!
