If you compare with most advanced nations, our guys(above all) have all luxuries freely provided at public cost but no responsibilities and accountabilities. If 1 die or 100 die in a Volvo Bus or Express A/C coach or a plane hijack, no minister, no IAS, no government employee nor private or contractors go to JAIL. What do you call this? India does not need too many stupid political parties run on black money. India needs statesmen or Dynamic Leadership to Change our systems.
