For all the people out there who have taken it upon themselves to pass judgement on those healthcare workers who have contracted Ebola....stop, just stop. These people put themselves in harms way to provide care to another human being and this didnt start with Ebola!! Healthcare workers do this everyday!!! People want to cast stones and say protocol was breached and that is why the first nurse contracted this nasty disease but I ask you....what protocol??? Protocols arent written over night folks and Ebola had never been here in America. Ive never been to Ebola Training....ever. Prior to a few weeks ago this wasnt a conversation we ever had. That nurse did exactly what any other nurse would have done.....period. It could have been any other one of us. Im so sorry for the lose of his life but the truth be told that gentleman put a lot more lives at risk when he flew here to America! I ask you to think twice before you pass judgement on those who provide care and unfortunately have also contracted this nasty disease. These HEROES need our prayers not our criticism because I can assure you the next time you need a healthcare worker they will be right by your side for YOU!!!!
