For all those bashing fast food employees for wanting to make more than their current hourly wage: whether or not $15 an hour is justified, debatable. However, they damn well should be paid more than minimum wage. Some of the nicest people Ive talked to at their workplace were in McDonalds. Ive become friends with MANY drive thru workers who serve me my burgers at 2am frequently. Any respectable employee deserves more than minimum wage from their employer, no matter what job it is. Paying a hard worker minimum wage indefinitely is an insult. Period. They provide a service, that service is clearly appreciated judging by all the fatasses of America flocking to McDonalds every single day. God forbid you dont get your Big Mac to cram on your lunch break at your big impressive job. So, everyone should probably quit being condescending, self-righteous assholes. I hope they shit on your burger next time you walk in there (most likely within the next few days.)
