For anyone living in my town of Carol Stream, Illinois, please inform yourselves asap, go to this online petition in order to voice your opinion and opposition to a Landscape Waste Transfer Station set to be built soon..It does NOT belong in our residential section, should be located in the Commercial area instead...We were never notified of this proposal, nor, of the approval to build this station that will allow 2800 trucks PER MONTH to drive through our peaceful town and cause much noise, pollution, debris, odors, rodents, etc. to exist, and also bring down our property values BIGTIME!
