For anyone who thinks we have to ELIMINATE foods form our diets such as gluten (except if you have Celiac or a TRUE gluten sensitivity), white potatoes or white rice, colored vegetables such as tomatoes and carrots, and diary you are depriving yourself of valuable nutrients! Look up a TRUE scientific researched data ( such as a study from Pub Med or Med Line Plus) and tell me if their has been research to back these claims up. No, CNN or bodybuilding articles do not count. Nope. Cant find it? Didnt think so. So, continue eating the foods you enjoy with sugar in moderation and eat within your macros! If you are cutting eat in a deficit, maintaining eat in maintenance calories, and bulking eat more! Cant figure out how much to eat. Look it up on a credible site or ask me I can help.:))) Oh and for the record I have multiple competitors at the moment eating different foods everyday and losing weight, building muscle, and enjoying prep! Exciting stuff!!!
