For dinner tonight at Papa Gallo, our specials are: Red Curry Mussels 13 blue mussels cooked in onions and tomatoes served in a red curry wine butter broth. Corn Flake Fried Shrimp 4 big shrimp coated in flour and a corn flake mixture, deep fried and served with a sweet thai chili sauce. Prig Pow Chicken Thinly sliced chicken sautéed with garlic, oil and prig pow sauce (a sweet sauce made from chili in soya bean oil), with long chili peppers, thai basil and white rice. Smoked Flank Tacos Hickory smoked flank steak tacos sliced and topped with a slaw served with cranberry corn bread and rice. * Todays soup is Carrot Ginger, garnished with dried carrots. *Oysters are now being served in the smoked shrimp ceviche.
