For every person who doesnt take care of themselves or their body, theres a person whos sick or one whos handicapped and would give anything for a healthy body! I had numerous wheelchair-bound students in my aerobics classes. I loved it because they were always so grateful for the opportunity to try physical activities, even if the activities had to be adapted for them. I knew that I could use the situation to try to motivate healthy but lazy students to exercise. Each time we see someone who isnt healthy or is handicapped, we need to stop and realize how blessed we are if we live in a healthy body. I am extremely grateful for the one I live in!
