For every poor Jennifer Causor who would have died but for Obamacare there are tens, perhaps hundreds of thousands of middle-class families whose premiums have doubled or tripled, whose deductibles have gone from affordable to eyewatering, and whose choice of doctors now excludes all the ones they have trusted all their lives. Yes, as a 65-year-old man Im relieved at long last to be covered for maternity and lactation services, and in fact my Medicare Advantage policy is a good one, at least until Obamacare cancels it. Every real doctor I know who is still trying to care for patients is beside himself with anger and frustration over the crushing bureaucracy and sheer stupidity of this bill and its attendant 20,000 pages of incomprehensible regulations. It is crystal clear to any honest observer that the phrase established by the state was not an inadvertent typo, but a hammer intended to bludgeon states into creating their own exchanges or see their tax money stolen and given to residents of other states. That it failed to do so is a testimony to the unspeakable arrogance of the authors of the bill, and a tribute to the common sense of at least those 36 states that declined to take part in this catastrophe. I dont agree with Repubs on repealing ACA. But, I do agree with good sense and want to see it revised and clearly thought out, discussed and bought into by 50 heads of the states and the Congress to then be approved to replace the current ACA. And geared towards real change in the positive for the American people. I also feel that if the Supremes judge in favor of this lawsuit, they are using the current wording of the ACA to disallow the Feds illegal subsidies of the policies. IN NO WAY DOES A YES VOTE TAKE AWAY THE FED EXCHANGES POLICIES, IT JUST MAKES THEM MORE EXPENSIVE IN STATES WITH NO STATE EXCHANGE. AMERICANS CAN THEN THANK THAT OLD ESTROGEN QUEEN #NANCYPELOSI FOR HER FERVENT SUPPORT OF NOT READING THE ACA, BUT JUST PASS IT AND READ IT LATER MENTALITY. MOST OF YOU VOTED FOR THE DICTATOR IN WH, AND JUST LIKE IN MARRIAGE ITS FOR BETTER OR WORSE- SO EAT THE PAIN !!!
