For funsies today I did Angie (100 pull ups (modified with bands) , 100 push ups (modified on knees), 100 squats and 100 sit-ups) to track my progression back to being fit. Will do this again in a month to see how Ive improved. Unfortunately my phone died so I dont have a time to compare to, all I know is that it definitely took me over an hour and I kept getting headaches during my sit-ups so I had to do them really really slow. Anywho, thats my story. :)
