For me, personally -- it was amongst the first things I noticed when I moved to organic wheat products (bread, bagels, buns, pasta, etc) ... the belly-fat not only reduces very quickly, it also comes back even faster if you eat more regular products vs. organic products ... switch back full-time to organic wheat and belly-fat melts again ... the more I experiment the more obvious the difference on our bodies is ...
