For my birthday last month I decided to get a set of weights! I have ZERO experience lifting weights, but I have a Beachbody program called Chalean Extreme that is an awesome circuit training program. It was the first program I ever had from Beachbody (besides borrowing P90X) and I just did it with resistance bands. The bands are great, but now that Im using weights it is A LOT more challenging for me. The most weight Im using right now is 15 lbs. I cant wait to get stronger and be able to lift more by the end of this program! Its hard, but Im doing the first step by actually TRYING. Im ready for some muscles!
