For my evening crew; Jeremiah 2:8 My people have committed two sins; They have forsaken me, the spring of living water, and have dug their own cisterns, broken cisterns that cannot hold water. .......There is a spiritual refreshment that belongs to whom the Holy Spirit resides. Do you feel like you are experiencing a dry spell in your Christian life, or maybe you think the Lord ran out of water? You dont need to run all over the country trying to find spiritual refreshment. Conferences, retreats, and books can all bring encouragement, but if you are a Christian, the source of living water already resides in you. Maybe you have exchanged the living fountain with man-made vessels that cannot hold water? If you are experiencing spiritual dryness right now, it is because you have been attempting to find your source of spiritual refreshment from man-made sources, which will fail you every time. Jesus gave you a personal invitation when He said in John 7:37 If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. Jesus is the only One that can provide you with Living Water.
