Ag Equipment : Sales Mgr / Product Trainer Need a person who knows ag equipment with mechanical aptitude and good communication skills. Person would spend time with people from the major ag equipment mfrs ; John Deere, Case IH, AgCo, etc. This company mfrs products for these OEM companies . These units are attached to their equipment as private label units. The sales manager will work with their engineers, R& D, marketing , and sales people. They will provide product training, product support, technical sales training, all in an effort to promote more sales for each manufacturer. They do not go out and actually write sales orders. These mfrs are clients or like partners in using these product in their line of equipment. Will participate in about 8 major trade shows per year. Travel will be 25-30% over night. Prefer 4 year degree. $100k plus, salary. Minneapolis / St Paul location.
