My weight has always gone up and down, and I used to starve myself into conforming. I always play with that 20 pounds, on and then off, on and then off, I know where I feel comfortable and I eat according to how I feel health wise. If I feel a struggle to do what should come effortlessly, I diet. If I feel good, I forget about dieting. But I do it for me and how I feel.
