For our get-outta-the-house adventure this morning, Dahl and I went to, gasp, Riverpark.. We grabbed a sandwich at Sierra Nut House and sat by the fountain and people watched.. Dahlia made a game of seeing who would say Hi back. And the longer we sat there, the more enthusiastically she would approach people. She made soooo many people smile, laugh out right, and engage in her play. They jumped with her, danced, bowed, high fived. We even made one little bitty tear up. It was really really fun. And I got a fist bump for being a great mom. Spreading good energy is free.
