For sale Field shelter 12’ by 24’ Heavy duty frame, clad with 3” by 2” lapboard - Steel box profile roof sheets – Internally marine ply kick boards (to a height of 4’) – 4’ Heavy Duty gate/stable door boarded on the inside with marine ply – Partition fixed internally at both ends supported by a post – Foundations shelter sits on 9 heavily duty treated railway sleepers, bolted and plated in places. Fixtures and fittings included (Please note some of these may need replacing upon erection due to wear and tear). Purchased as a field shelter and then lots of pennies spent converting it to what it is today. Over £2,200.00 spent on shelter and then converting it. Currently converted into two individual 12’ by 12’ stables, but can easily be fully or partially converted back to a field shelter if required. Less than 2 years old, well maintained, jet washed and creosoted 2012 In a used but excellent condition. The odd bit of lap board may need replacing upon re-erecting due to wear and tear but this is a minor job, also internally there is the odd little nibble here and there from bored naughty ponies lol, (chewed bits cheaply and easily replaced, I believe this is not really necessary as only cosmetic). Only selling due to area move and ponies moving to new yard rather than a field, this shelter has been an absolute god sends to me for the time I have owned it; don’t know what I would have done without it!
