For solar to be the big success in India that it can, 1. it needs a wide spectrum of innovative players (including start-ups and international companies), a predictable policy framework and a large range of financing options. 2.Best of Best Solar Panels and Intelligent 4 quadrant Invertors 3.World class Installer.We would need about 15 people trained per MW 4.All party monitoring and maintenance plus third party audits. 5.Battery and storage systems must be agnostic 6.Solar panel manufacturing in India taken up sooner then later 7.Hybrid option mandatory for small,medium and large set ups. 8.Fines for non performing or under performing plants 9.Whole range of DC products developed in India 10.Energy education mandatory from Year 1st in schools through to colleges. Jokers have now written a policy that only favors big players and MNCs. None of above taken into account.If the Solar Policy is rolled out in its present form.It is bound to create at east 90% of the 100 Billion Dollars to be invested as NPA by 2025!!!
