For some reason my website wont load so here is my latest post: When dealing with horses keep in mind, that they are so sensitive they can feel a fly land on their back. The way your handle a horse will affect the way the horse reacts. Horses being a flight animal, will fight as hard as they need to, to flee. If you put a horse into a situation where they cannot flee then they will often defend themselves. So with all of this in mind wouldn’t it be best if you could create a relationship built out of trust and respect? These animals may be bigger and stronger than us but they are still willing to work with us. When trust and respect are developed you can then start to work in harmony together. Learning how to be in harmony is possible by anyone, it just takes a lot of understanding of horses. You need to work with your horse, learn to reward the smallest try so they then begin to build trust in you as their handler. Learning how to make a horse respectful is a very important step as without this you cannot get true harmony.
