For ten years, I had been afflicted by the grievous cervical spondylosis. Annually I had got to live in hospital a period of time to accept physical treat. That’s anguished memories. But all the painful recall will never turn up again for I have dispensed it. My old trouble doesn’t attack me since I have taken yoga. I do yoga half an hour every day, drawing my legs and arms, moving neck, twirling waist and releasing routine tension. I do acknowledge that yoga have shaped a new me not only on outline but the mentality that I am more optimistic than usual.
